Orders and payment
Which currencies can I pay in?
US dollars, euros, pounds sterling and Canadian dollars. Choose your currency at the top of any page; you are charged exactly the amount shown at checkout in that currency.
How do I pay?
Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. Card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on this website.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest; your confirmation and tracking are sent by e-mail.
Can I change or cancel an order?
E-mail us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t been prepared yet we can change or cancel it. After delivery you can still cancel within 14 days using the withdrawal form.
Delivery
Where do you deliver?
The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, all EU member states, Switzerland and Norway.
How long will it take?
Usually 7–20 business days from order to delivery, depending on where you live. See the table on our Shipping & delivery page.
Where is my order shipped from?
Orders are packed and shipped by our supplier partners and may be dispatched from outside your country.
Will I pay import charges?
Possibly. Import VAT, duties or customs fees may be charged by your country on delivery. They are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
Is delivery free?
Standard delivery is free on orders over US$65 / €60 / £50 / CA$89 to the US, Canada, the UK and the EU.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and return unused items. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds are made within 14 days. Full details: Returns & refunds.
Something arrived damaged — what now?
E-mail us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.
Products
Are the product photos exact?
Product images are illustrative. Shade and print placement can vary slightly between batches. Ask us if you need a detail confirmed before ordering.
Do your balloons float?
Our balloons are supplied flat for air filling and we don’t sell helium. Air-filled balloons are made to be hung, taped or arranged in garlands.
Are your balloons safe for children?
Balloons are a choking hazard: children under 8 can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision is required. Latex balloons contain natural rubber latex. See Balloon safety.
Can I buy in bulk for an event or a market stall?
