1. Who we are

heartstyl.shop (“the website”) is operated by HEART STYLE LTD (“HEART STYLE”, “we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in Scotland. Our company number and registered office are on the Legal information page. You can contact us at support@heartstyl.shop or +44 7656308315.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed on the website by consumers. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you agree to them. We may update these terms; the version on the website when you order applies to that order. The contract is concluded in English; translations are provided for convenience and, where the law of your country requires, the terms are also available in your language.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

3. Products

  • We describe products using the material and specification provided by our suppliers. Product images are illustrative; shades and print placement can vary slightly between batches.
  • Balloons are supplied flat for air filling. Latex balloons are made of natural rubber latex. Please read the warnings on each balloon page and our Balloon safety page.
  • Our products are not toys and are intended for use by adults.

4. Prices and currency

  • Prices are shown in the currency you select (USD, EUR, GBP or CAD). Each product has a set price in each currency; we don’t convert at checkout. You are charged exactly the total shown at checkout, in that currency.
  • Delivery charges are shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.
  • Import VAT, duties and customs fees that your country may charge on delivery are not included and are payable by the recipient. See Shipping & delivery.
  • If we make an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before accepting your order and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel.

5. Ordering and the contract

  1. Add products to your bag and go to checkout. You can review and correct your details and your order at any time before you press the order button.
  2. Pressing “Place order — obligation to pay” is an offer to buy. We then send an e-mail acknowledging your order. This acknowledgement is not yet acceptance.
  3. The contract between you and HEART STYLE LTD is formed when we e-mail to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order (for example, an item is unavailable), we’ll tell you and you won’t be charged, or we will refund you promptly.
  4. We keep a copy of your order; it is also in your confirmation e-mails.

6. Payment

You can pay using the methods shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. Card details are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection and are never stored on this website.

7. Delivery

We deliver to the destinations listed on the Shipping & delivery page. Orders are shipped by our supplier partners and may be dispatched from outside your country. Delivery times are estimates in business days. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or someone you nominated; ownership passes when we receive full payment.

8. Your right to cancel

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. How to cancel, return costs and refunds are explained on the Returns & refunds page, which forms part of these terms, together with the model cancellation form and our online withdrawal form.

9. Faulty goods and your legal rights

We are under a legal duty to supply products that conform with this contract. If you are a consumer in the UK, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply; if you live in the EU, you have the legal guarantee of conformity under the law of your country (at least two years). Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under product liability law. We are not liable for business losses; our products are for domestic and private use.

11. Using the products safely

Please follow the warnings on product pages and packaging. Balloons: choking hazard — children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons; adult supervision required. Keep foil balloons away from overhead power lines.

12. Intellectual property

Text, images, the HEART STYLE name and mark and the design of this website belong to HEART STYLE LTD or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without our permission.

13. Complaints

If you’re not happy, please e-mail support@heartstyl.shop. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to resolve complaints within 14 days. We are not currently obliged to use, and do not use, an alternative dispute resolution scheme. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution (ODR) platform closed on 20 July 2025.

14. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live. You can bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or in the courts of the country where you live.

15. Other

If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest continue to apply. If we don’t enforce a right immediately, we can still do so later.
