Use this form to withdraw from your contract (cancel your order) within 14 days of delivery. Fill in the details and press Confirm withdrawal. We send you a confirmation by e-mail with the date and time we received it.

By confirming, you give notice that you withdraw from your contract of sale for the goods listed. We confirm receipt by e-mail straight away.
